That last color A.A.P. logo wasn't from the 1950's. It's a colorized version by Ted Turner from the 1980's done by a computer when Ted Turner reran "Popeye" on his various channels WTBS, TNT, and Cartoon Network. Boomerang probably sticks to the old B&W prints on the rare occasion they show old Popeye cartoons, or better yet, original Popeye films with the original theatrical Paramount mountain logos.

The 2nd logo from Associated Artists Productions is definitely my favorite. Very good traditional animation for 1955!
