Thanks for actually playing songs. Most videos just have a dude doing flashy blues runs, so what! You actually played a song. Very nice fast, slow Leslie switching. Great tones. I enjoyed your playing.
Thanks for your very musical playing and your keyboard technique. You prove that the Hammond spinets are just as viable as the big boys. I think having the two manuals, even on a spinet, is better than the single manual digital clones.
Greatest sound with a guitar and bass outside of the ensemble possible (oh,did I not mention percussion? I meant drummers also,) the keyboardist I played with back in 79-83 used an M-100 picked up for a grand back then, through a 100 watt tube amp, years later I picked up,and held on to a Leslie cab with the larger amp, maple rotosound
I'm generally not a fan of how rotosonics sound when sped up, but perhaps all of the undesirable qualities come from the higher frequencies? This sounds way better than my R-100, and I've seen a few 415s for sale that I've just assumed weren't worth the trouble because of the rotosonic drum and now I'm kicking myself
An M-102 was my first organ - bought March of ‘86; a Leslie 760 came a few months later. You sound fantastic! I’m not familiar with the Leslie 415. Is it tubes, or solid state? Frankly, when I bought the 760 I wasn’t too Leslie-savvy. I’ve never really appreciated the model... I mean, it wasn’t terrible but had I known then what I know NOW... again, your playing is spot-on; really appreciate it...!
Thanks! My first records were Klaus Wunderlich and Franz Lambert. Later of cause Jimmy. One of my favourite players is Curt Prina from Switzerland- I was so sad he past away last year. And of cause Chester Thompson (with TOP) and Melvin Rhyne ("A New Dynamic Sound" w/ Wes is THE ONE organ jazz record! :-))
Great playing, great sound, I am loving this!!! Is this a stock M100? I can't believe how close it sounds to a B! It has this sort of throaty sound that I dare say I prefer!
@@lutzhammond5674 Great playing and a great sound. Thanks :) Do you have the Reverb speaker fed into the straight side of 415? I have a 415 on a Conn Theatre (which has a channel each for Tibia and 'other') and 760 on a Hammond M-100. I can see myself trying to swap them round after hearing this!!!
There's nothing that compares to a HAMMOND and a LESLIE speaker. Having owned and played them for most of my earlier years. Great video. Cheers!😊
Totally agree....outstanding sounds 👌
Nothing will ever duplicate the sound of a Hammond tonewheel! BTW great playing! 👑🎹🎹🎹👑
Wow, I just love your Hammond playing - really taking the most out of the sound it has to offer!
Well played, real Hammond.👌
Real tonewheels Hammond, here the M100 "small B3"
Unrivaled. The keyclicl is amazing.
GREAT PLAYER, fabulous Hammond sound.
Fantastic playing and sound! One of the best Hammond clips I've found on TH-cam actually. Thanks and keep up the good work!!!
+Jetseterrka Thanks a lot!!!! :-) Please check out my "Art Of Groove"- Vids on youtube.
Tasty! Now I have a new respect for the M-100 model Hammond! Thanks for the demo.
On another level
Gran bell' organista! Ed un gran suono! Bravo

Thanks! :-)
Maybe the most competent Hammond organist I have heard in a long time
Great sound, I love it, you are a brilliant artist on this M 100

In germany, you get M-3s in good condition for a few 100 bucks...

This is the best video on a M100 I've seen yet. Judging by the cabinet style, that appears to be an M162
Dude I play a b3 with a 122 leslie at church
And love it, but this M 100 rocks!!! Sounding good!
Christ man! Amazing playing!
Sounds great!
Super Sound absolutly!!!
HAMMOND M100 from german factory. Great sound.
Super! Herzliche Grüße...

Lovely playing! Great rig! What are your influences? I'd like to learn more about the different styles you're showing here. Thanks!

Frickin awesome 😎
Great stuff!
Beautiful!
Did you rewire a few presets?
"She"s really screaming and crying!

Hej, yes, it´s a original M-100. As I always say- the spinets are really, really nice organs, and also the rotosonic-leslies sound great!!!
They don't call them "Baby B's" for nothing!!! :D
Damn nice playing.
so cool!
Nice playing!
This video really captures the Hammond + Leslie sound..what is the name of this song?
I think I recognize "Moonglow." The Hammond seems to be set to "skating rink." :)
Phenomenal
Actually it this series has a certain charm due to their ''shortcomings'.Releated to B and C.
What are the drawbar settings used, please?
Wery well palying , that M100 sound very good, I have M162 model who is wery similar with M100 but without Leslie that sound is imposiblle to manage.
Saša Jelenković Serbia In fact, the Leslie does a lot. But the M-100 is a nice, warm-sounding organ, however.
Gde si nasao Hammonda u Srbiji? I tata bi, sine
You Jam boi!
nice man
That Rotosonic Leslie is simply Awesome, (so elegant,) wow!!!
Yes, these units are REALLY nice!
Leslie 415? Dont know that model
It´s a late Rotosonic Model

@@dnealuk Hej, the Leslie was one- Channel connected, but of Cause one could try to route the reverb to the dry channel....
Price: $2.5 million.
