I tried this today and it turned out soooo well. I was a bit sceptical about trying it based on the comments and also because based on my previous experience, what started up as an egg roll ended up being scrambled eggs. I'm only going to be using this recipe for egg rolls moving forward. Thank you so much. :)

this is really perfect! 5 out of 5... I have never seen a better and simple recipe than this on youtube...
thought it was really clever how you pull the egg omelette out to the centre then add more egg mixture in and it cooks together making it bigger so it can be rolled some more. thats genius
One question !!! She half cooked the omelette initially, rolled it and moved it away from the center. she then added more mixture and waited until they were half done! when I did the same - the omelette that I initially cooked got burned to a crisp by the time the extra mixture I added were half done !!!! Got any idea to prevent it? HELPPPPPP

Then dip each bite in half vinegar/half soy sauce with a touch of sesame oil, a pinch of toasted sesame seeds, and a pinch of ground red pepper flakes. Makes it even better.

It's amazing, I have tried it today and it was really fluffy!!! I had it with carrot, onion and some ham! Yummy!!!
Note to self, feel free to ignore my bad notes. Ingredients. 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, dash of milk or water, stir, add minced carrot, spring onion, onion, pepper, stir until combined. Grease pan. Pour half mix over low heat, let get done enough to half roll, grease pan, then slide carefully so can add more egg mix to round side. Repeat a few times. Remove from pan & slice bite size.

You MUST cook that carrot BEFOREHAND or else you will get a crunch. I'd say saute the ingredients, let them cool and then add them to the mix

This is the best recipe I have found for the non-sweet (without Mirin or sugar) Tamagoyaki. I usually shred the carrots instead of chopping.
I tried this and it takes patience, and it can be a bit messy, so I used medium heat 😂
My egg roll was okay with my first try.

I really like this recipe because the egg alone really tasted good. (I tried cooking it but it was a fail because i cut the carrots to big) You guys should give this a try it really tastes good. I'm legit going to try again. You just earned a subscriber :)
This was so cute, and I never thought about adding chopped carrots. Usually so cheese instead (no salt needed wither in that case).

yah! I made it... can't say it was a complete success still came out pretty well..
make sure to use a non stick round pan and if you had never made rolls in your life first try it with plain egg also the veggies should be super fine chopped to get the perfect rolls ...

Forgive my inexperience, but how can you tell when eggs are half done? What do they look like from the top, is it still slightly runny? I'd love to try this.
Half done: the bottom is cooked but the top is still a bit jiggly. Good luck!

Here's the thing, I miss NAM DOHYON of H&D Pocketdolz Duo so much that I suddenly have urge to watch this video because of my phone lockscreen.

This is a blast to make. And of course, you can switch out the vegies for other vegies that you can chop finely, like spinach, celery. green beans, tomato, broccoli, etc. And people think you worked really hard to make it!!
