Immediately - so you can keep the momentum moving forward and encourage them to sign your contract. If they need time to think on it, give it two or three days before you check in.

Do you require a deposit before work begins? Or do you invoice your client monthly/net30 etc?
I personally charge in arrears. The only time I charge 50% up front is if I’m doing creative work (which these days is rare if ever)
Hey erin i was watching your udemy course on skills needed for a virtual assistant and in section 4 of calendar management; i wanted to ask will i( the virtual assistant) set the calandar reminder for a client meeting according to my time zone or my client timezone or the guest timezone?
Please help🙏i hope you understand this question
The reminders will automatically be sent to people according to their time zone! Nothing for you to worry about, but in general, I always set time zone based on wherever my client is.

Do I pay a travel company to be employed by them? Do I pay them to be enrolled into their organisation?
NO NEVER. You never ever pay a company so that they employ you. If people are telling you that you need to pay in order to be employed, it's either a scam or an MLM. As a new VA, you don't need any formal education or to be part of any organization. Having said that...if you want to purchase a training course, that's fine. But that's paying for your own education, which is different than buying your way into employment.@@davideguaoje4438
