hope to watch more videos like this. being CUSTOMER SERVICE as a niche for VA jobs. im really interested in knowing everything about CUSTOMER SERVICE and offering this SKILL being a va
Absolutely! Here's a convincing point: "Our strawberries are locally grown, ensuring freshness and supporting the community. They're hand-picked at peak ripeness, guaranteeing sweetness and flavor that surpasses store-bought varieties. Plus, by choosing our strawberries, you're opting for pesticide-free, sustainable farming practices that prioritize both health and the environment."
Erin, thanks for videos you make - they're short, super practical and you seem to really share tactics and strategies you use. So far that's best WA-related channel I found on YT. Got a lot of notes already :)
Thank you so much for this. I am new in this space looking to start a career in VA. And customer support is one of my areas of interest. This was very informative.
Thanks Erin I have been thinking that I wanted this to be my niche but I wasn't sure if that was an option. This is my area of my strongest skill and where I've had the most experience. This was very helpful and made perfect sense to me.
@Yvyarcher Virtual assistant What questions should I expect? It is an SaaS company setup. Not an agency interview. It a company recruiter who is supposed to interview me
@scorestoday so I watched her videos relating to the company or client or job description and was asked questions relating to that. So SaaS will be in the tech side. Not a tech VA but I am a product manager, but few key tips is 1. How long have you worked as VA especially for this role (if you haven't make sure you show them you are well equipped by tailoring your previous experience to the JD 2. Have you worked remotely before 3. They will check your devices if it's up to standard 4. Try and search if she has any videos relating to Tech VA
Thank you Erin for your explanations , it was very informative for me to know because i just started to learn how to be a Virtual assistant and what i like to offer to the client when i become VA, by the way i am a full mom from Indonesia who want to know more about VA and i want to find a job as a VA Thank you for your good video🙏
hello MissErin.. i been watching you for days now i really want to be a VA and your channel is one of the best for us learn. its direct to the point which what we really need as a beginner. Thank you so much...
Thanks Erin, I came across your videos after looking around since I am unsure where to start. I wanted to know about VA and possible list of jobs. I have been taking time off from working for few years now and planning on going back to work remotely. I have zero experience on VA. I am planning on taking a certification on Social Media and see if that will help.. I have degree in Mass Comm and secretarial (about 20 years ago!). Your videos are definitely one of the best, easy to understand!
Erin .. here’s a video topic for you .. How to start a VA business around a 9-5 job . Definitely love your advice on this topic if possible. Love ur videos!
Hi! First off, I ove your channel! My question after watching your video is, wouldn't a CRM take away the purpose of hiring a VA? I understand wanting to help clients, but I am not understanding why suggesting a computer to handle customer service would benefit the VA. Does this suggest that you would typically only be a VA in customer service for small businesses? What if they said yes they have a software, what is the difference a VA would bring? Thank you!
I am so sorry, really thought I replied to your comment last week! CRMs need to be constantly updated and maintained, VAs are the perfect people to do this leg work. The way I see it is that my clients can either spend 60 minutes a day keeping their CRM up to date, or I can handle it while they use that 60 minutes to do what they do best: focus on things that generate direct income.
Hi Erin! Thank you so much for this video! I have almost created my bussines in Europe thanks to all of your tips, im almost ready to go. I have a question, lots of clients want to take minutes but i am not good at it (not good its gently said...) Do you have any tips?
Practice makes perfect! It sounds silly but the only way to get better is to try and try again. ALSO - try recording the audio so you can take deeper notes later. Or take notes and then ask chatgpt to create minutes.
Dear I have seen your video, I want to know these are obligatory duties of VA as a customers service or should I wait for the client to provide me the information as he desired. 2nd kindly reduce your talking speed. Thanks for valued information.
Cannot answer that for you, but everyone starts somewhere. You'd have to apply or look at Zendesk training videos, look at customer service job requirements, etc
I think the more important step before you pay for courses is to determine if customer service is a niche that you can realistically break into. Do some online googling to see if any local (or international) people or companies look for freelance customer service support and how much they charge.
Thank you Erin as always this is great! Question do you have tutorial on how to Post from Facebook pages to Instagram. I have a client who I a working with and he wants me to manage this for him. He sells Jewelry. Thank you for this is always awesome.

Can I become a customer service in zendesk as a beginner

Do you like or know Hubspot website?
I do like Hubspot! Very user friendly and lots of FAQs and trainings to help users onboard quickly.
