Fun carving! I got to try carving a golf ball sometime.
this is a great idea! i live next to a golf course and find balls all the time. im gonna give this a go!! new subscriber!!
How did you remove the half shell in one piece? great video. loved the outcome!
Thanks for the comment! To answer the question about the golf ball I marked the center with a sharpie and then used a hand saw to cut the very outer layer. After that I used a flat head screw driver to remove the lid leaving behind the core.

Go for it! 👍 Just make sure you are careful when taking the outer layer of the golf ball off. It is easy for the screw driver to slip.
