A Buddhist Meditation Retreat
With Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam & Pieter Oosthuizen
This retreat introduces teachings and practices that allow us to access this ground of being, our true nature, in our direct experience. We will contemplate inspiring verses from the great 11th century Tibetan yogini Machig Labdrön that point directly to our sky-like mind; and engage in meditations to bring personal meaning to her timeless wisdom. We will engage in Integration with Elements practices that connect us deeply to earth, our bodies, and the spacious awareness that holds all. Ultimately, we will discover ways to awaken our deepest wisdom and heart-fulness in everyday life.
