Ugh this makes me happy cry! I really want to become a CM. I basically am already. I go every other week and when I’m there I pick up trash, I direct people to where they’re going, and I put merchandise back in its place when I see one on the floor or the wrong shelf.
In February I went for the 2nd time in 3 years to Disneyland/California Adventures and the cast members were so rude that I was so disappointed and I'm only going to go to Disney world from now on.
That is a bummer. Typically it is the cast members at wdw that are not as friendly or helpful (except the college students) as what i have found routinely at Disneyland and I've been many times to California
I want to get a job at the Disneyland or Walt Disney World resort once I finish high school, will you please reply with either some advice or information or website links on how I can join the happiest place on Earth? Thank you. :)
I say, honestly, do a year of college. Then sign up for the Disney college internship for WDW. They hire more people. Check out your college campus for a Disney college program rep. Because almost all major colleges have one. I did my internship for a year, then left and now I'm back in full time. Get your college experience first then do Disney. At least a year. Just look up Disney College Internship online and that'll do wonders. Once you get your foot in the door, it's easier to go part time or seasonal or full time with the company.
my dream is to get job at Walt Disney World and I will do a Awesome job working their my dream is being a Disney Character and make people dreams come true I want to be a Disney Prince or a Disney Fairy
If you actually manage to land a cast-member position as Disneyland/Disneyworld there should be some universal law that if you complain about it at any point a giant anvil falls from the sky and flattens you. Just saying. I mean, even a quote un quote "thankless job" at either park has to be worth it.
makes me even more excited to try and become a CM!
