I have that OBD reader and it's not really any better than the others I have.....I have a few! If it's made in China and it's Android based it's quite likely it's gonna be slow.

The one I really wanted was a lot more expensive, Banggood said I had to do this one first and see how it goes... it actually did what I wanted though, which was to customise my cars auto headlights and AC system settings.

I always find that the banana plug test leads are far too stiff for my liking. the plug to plug aren't too bad but plug to crocks i hate. you connect the crock to you board and the board moves about at the leads try and position themselves.
So i buy thin silicone wire and make my own. the 5A wire is soft enough to leave your board where it was before you connected the lead to it.
Same with coax test leads! so BNC to crock I get a BNC to BNC lead cut it in half and again thin silicone wires to the crocks.
The ones that RS and Farnell are far to stiff for me.

yeah these are stiffer, but I wanted some that could handle higher currents OK without as much voltage drop for when I am testing devices with my electronic load.

What diameter copper wire were the ones you tested? The links go to a page where there is from 1.5 to 4mm diameter options
