ok SO I followed your instructions to the T and I can not ping thru.. for some reason I see the ping hit the Palo but it does not go thru the Palo to the other machine... so my question is how is the ESXi side of things setup
Can explain configure on esxi, i configure different vswitch but traffic from VM inside VM cannot communicate to gateway

Can you configure different speeds for each virtual wire interface?
Hey John, When you Configure Virtual Wires, you can also select a specific Link Speed and Link Duplex but the values for these settings must be the same for both ports in any single virtual wire. Hope that helps.
