The light pink looks amazing over a darker cream shadow base 😍 I really love this palette so far and I feel like I still have so many looks to try! I’ve been blown away by the longevity of the “topper” shades, they’ve lasted so much longer than similar shadows from other brands, even without any base or primer. I also was impressed by using the black, dry as a liner. Thanks for the vid xo
Price per gram is correct at 9.469, but you skipped one step which was grams per shadow, so you take 13.2/10 =1.32. so to get the palette cost you then take PPG 9.469 * 1.32 * 10 = 124.99
You don't even need to do that. You'd just divide the cost of the palette by the number of shadows to find out the price per shadow. The price per gram is irrelevant to the price per shadow.

I've seen that they apply more vibrant wetting flat synthetic brush with macs fix plus (lids, like you did lower lash line) Think the middle shade would pop more like that. Still absolutely gorgeous!!! I love that it can be an everyday look and more dramatic. By the door waiting for #2. This is in my cart! So pretty!!! This would pair so pretty with Lila palette 👌🏼

This is the one of the three I don't have that I am most bewildered by. Yet also intrigued. (Also between your past filmography and Samantha March's, I'm going to have so many book and hair and yoga/handstand/contortionist videos to watch as I binge work the next 72 hours (with hanumanasana/splits and headstand breaks. Your hips get tight and your head loses blood sitting and lawyering for 16 hours straight, yo. No matter how much ghee coffee you make or green juice you break fast with!)
There's no way to choose! All 3 palettes are 🔥🔥🔥so I got all three! Sheila King I bought the Pat McGrath palette with the green shadow, the second one. The colors really are stunning. I also pre-ordered the Viseart palette and bought the Natasha Denona holiday palettes and the Fenty holiday palette ... All in the same week. I am going to be eating ramen noodles early next week. LOL But so worth it. Now I may need to get this palette from Pat. I also want the one with the blue shadow. If they're available during the VIB Rouge sale, I'll have to get them. Too bad our Ebates checks won't come out before then! 🙈

Although my beauty of a Chikuhodo set from last holiday (that I've been stalking for 10 months) on Lish, my new Chikuhodo foundation brush, and my about to be new "affordable" Fude Beauty brushes which appeared again in an email from Fude beauty featuring Ms. KinkySweat, should last me. Did I add a few more brushes from the T and Z line? Maybe.
You had to think long and hard; now, you own every palette. I want to love night creature so much because it is me in an eyeshadow, but it comes off dry and not as intense as I know it can.
Loved the video...tfs. I Ordered my Subversion Palette yesterday. I'm super excited for it to arrive. I will do a look on my channel when it comes. I also purchased the Tarte Toasted palette. Honestly, the formula can be a little something to deal with but works really well and looks gorgeous if you use a Tarte Paint Shadow Pot as a base.

GURL!!!! I purchased the Rose and Bronze Ambition. I’m still on the fence about Platinum. The matte shade in Ambition is outstanding, and the warmest matte out of all the ones she has.

I was swatching ABH Prism and noticed that Gum Drop from Sugar Glow Highlight Palette is the same as Electra from the Subculture palette.
Hey Alicia. Finally got Subversive today. Ordered it two weeks ago off a site called Bergdorf Goodman. I am so happy. Now the only large mothership I am missing is Decadence. When do you think it will be on sale again?
I will have to take a look, but perhaps that a vid I should do all together! Lila is definitely more purple magnets, and Subversive is its own palette. With golds, purples, and blues.
I want to try the toasted formula but I can't justify buying another warm brown palette. I already brought the naked heat palette i like it but after a while it gets boring.
Thank you for watching! I believe that "Sublime" had the most mattes (3). I think if you prep the lids, and apply a bit of sparkle to the center of the lid will add a nice touch!
Gotta tell ya, I'm not real pleased with my palette so far. I used it twice this weekend, the first time for my visit to Paisley Park, and noted the colors faded on one eye. Figuring that I might have forgotten my shadow primer, I made a point of using it for a 12 hour event I hosted on Saturday. At the end of the day, my Fenty foundation behaved brilliantly, but my McGrath shadows creased badly, and there was tons of fall out during application. Too much talc perhaps? Regardless I spent too much for these shadows not to last! What are your thoughts after wearing the shadows all day?

To clarify 😅 I said that I felt guilty for wanting BOTH the Lila palette and Pat Mcgrath Palette. I knew from the get go that I was getting Subversive, without a doubt. But I was on the fence with Denona, because I knew I was getting Pat's palette. I will say that I wasn't going to get Kat's palette BUT I DID! It's been getting crazy good reviews, and it's limited edition. And Kat doesn't play with her limited edition. Once it's gone, it's gone! So I made the plunge. STILL did not get Huda's palette! And I don't think I will.
To find the price for each eyeshadow, just divide 125 $ (the price of the palette) by 10 (the number of eyeshadows in the palette) and you'll get 12.5 $ per eyeshadow.

I went to Sephora yesterday, and Subversive was the only that wasn't sold out. HA! I guess because Subliminal has the blues, and Sublime was the most user friendly looking with the gold shades 🤷🏽♀️

(Ignore me, I'm about to pass out, but wow does the palette look different head on in natural light). 2021 goals - pick one of the original three palettes. 2020 goals - apparently acquire all of the fude brushes. Although my beauty of a Chikuhodo set from last holiday (that I've been stalking for 10 months) on Lish, my new Chikuhodo foundation brush, and my about to be new "affordable" Fude Beauty brushes which appeared again in an email from Fude beauty featuring Ms. KinkySweat, should last me. Did I add a few more brushes from the T and Z line? Maybe.

Loved the video...tfs. I Ordered my Subversion Palette yesterday. I'm super excited for it to arrive. I will do a look on my channel when it comes. I also purchased the Tarte Toasted palette. Honestly, the formula can be a little something to deal with but works really well and looks gorgeous if you use a Tarte Paint Shadow Pot as a base.
hi Alicia, so I broke down and nabbed La Vie En Rose off of Pat's website, didn't even wait until it hits Sephora tomorrow. How sad. The minis will be instore after tomorrow in case you want to go in and swatch. Gonna give ND sunset mini a miss as the shades look too similar to my holiday ND palettes.

GURL!!!! I purchased the Rose and Bronze Ambition. I’m still on the fence about Platinum. The matte shade in Ambition is outstanding, and the warmest matte out of all the ones she has.

Thank you. I just ordered Subervsive and while I loved the gun-metal shimmer it wasn’t showing up on my deep lids. But lower lashes OMG genius. That’s it...that’s all I am going to do with it. Lol.

Subversive has border warm/cool. They look so liquid gold. The packaging is 100% luxurious. But the prices tho😞 Are they permanent?

Thank God. Yes I do have time to save up or ask for it on a wish list for Christmas. I wished they had Pat McGrath counters at my local Sephoras. I love to swatch to get an idea. I was swatching ABH Prism and noticed that Gum Drop from Sugar Glow Highlight Palette is the same as Electra from the Subculture palette.

Amazing! Yes, Bergdorf is great! At this point, it Decadence could be on sale at anytime. Whether it be on Pat’s site or on another retailer.

I will have to take a look, but perhaps that a vid I should do all together! Lila is definitely more purple magnets, and Subversive is its own palette. With golds, purples, and blues.
I want to try the toasted formula but I can't justify buying another warm brown palette. I already brought the naked heat palette i like it but after a while it gets boring.
I have to say, that I tried Toasted and returned it. The formula was so powdery, and the blending weird. Heat I think is better out of the two.

Thank you for watching! I believe that "Sublime" had the most mattes (3). I think if you prep the lids, and apply a bit of sparkle to the center of the lid will add a nice touch!
Gotta tell ya, I'm not real pleased with my palette so far.
I used it twice this weekend, the first time for my visit to Paisley Park, and noted the colors faded on one eye. Figuring that I might have forgotten my shadow primer, I made a point of using it for a 12 hour event I hosted on Saturday.
At the end of the day, my Fenty foundation behaved brilliantly, but my McGrath shadows creased badly, and there was tons of fall out during application. Too much talc perhaps? Regardless I spent too much for these shadows not to last!
What are your thoughts after wearing the shadows all day?
By the way, I applied with my fingers both time cuz I forgot my brushes! 😀😁
Aw man! I'm sorry to hear that! Have you tried using a glitter glue maybe? Or maybe set the primer with powder first?

To clarify 😅 I said that I felt guilty for wanting BOTH the Lila palette and Pat Mcgrath Palette. I knew from the get go that I was getting Subversive, without a doubt. But I was on the fence with Denona, because I knew I was getting Pat's palette. I will say that I wasn't going to get Kat's palette BUT I DID! It's been getting crazy good reviews, and it's limited edition. And Kat doesn't play with her limited edition. Once it's gone, it's gone! So I made the plunge. STILL did not get Huda's palette! And I don't think I will.

To find the price for each eyeshadow, just divide 125 $ (the price of the palette) by 10 (the number of eyeshadows in the palette) and you'll get 12.5 $ per eyeshadow.
when you divided 125 $ by 13.2 grams, you got the price per gram of eyeshadow ($/gram) not the price per shadow ($/shadow).
