Very interesting video,,but my question is when i melt nickel chrome there is always a white membrane covering the molten metal.whrn i released the spring it splash in different direction and the metal frame makes some pores and fissures. So my question is what is that white layer covering the molten alloy and how can i remove it???
hi..you let the invested wax pattern to cool off after the burn out furnace ...and then you put it in the casting machine? cos i see you take it with your hand ..meaning that its cool..nothing happens?? no contraction? or problems? cos the metal goes in hot..and the invested is cool..thanks for the help
layering of ceramic over the metal coping is done step by step .It involves condensing and firing opaque porcelain, dentin and enamel porcelain. The appropriate shades of these powders are selected and used during ceramming to obtain the final shade and translucency .Moreover characterisation and stains can be incorporated before the final glazing to mimic natural tooth as close as possible.
Hello..I have important question...& I hope u answer me....if I have 5 bonding artificial teeth... Can I add a new artificial tooth to be bond with them? Or it's impossible?
