Bush administration, former Vice President Dick Cheney has said he has no regrets about the torture of foreign prisoners, including innocent people. Speaking to NBC's Meet the Press on Sunday, Cheney said, "I'd do it again in a minute." Cheney's claim highlights a key question: Are top officials above the law - and will the impunity of today lead to more abuses in the future? We discuss the issue of impunity and the history of U.S. torture with Alfred McCoy, professor of history at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and author of the books, "A Question of Torture: CIA Interrogation, from the Cold War to the War on Terror," as well as "Torture and Impunity: The U.S. Doctrine of Coercive Interrogation." We are also joined by Steven Reisner, founding member of the Coalition for an Ethical Psychology and psychological ethics adviser to Physicians for Human Rights.

It is unethical for Psychologists to facilitate torture of any kind and to accept 81 million dollar fees for using behavioral psychology techniques to harm human beings. 81 million dollars is effectively stealing from the taxpayer.
The targeted individual program is implemented to purposely to make the psych and big Pharma money. All crimes done with plausible deniability mimmic 'mental illness' or 'delusion' or 'schizophrenia'. It's a joke to the elite running this huge crime syndicate. Psychological operations targeting citizens is a way to test neuroweapons, psychotronic weapons, and threatening to send them to a mental ward if they try to seek help. v2K has been around forever. Mental health professionals should be REQUIRED to take military technology 101 and Psy Ops 101 in their first years of college. But it's a hidden covert torture program, and disinformation is purposely put out their on Wikipedia and Psychology Today so the average person has no clue about these weapons. What they especially don't grasp, is that it's being used on citizens without consent, and there is no were to turn to for help. Anyone that wants to help a TI is threatened because they don't want to be targeted and have their lives destroyed too. It's a sick sadistic program with NO checks and balances. We NEED a new Church Committee to investigate the CIA and hold agencies accountable. The military industrial complex and 'classified' clearances are way above the president and cabinet. These elite are OUT OF CONTROL. Most military know that MK Ultra never stopped. They just change it to version 3.0 or whatever. Cointel Pro or whatever. The 'conspiracy theorists' have always been right. Just the term 'conspiracy theory' was created by the CIA. Hmmmmm...wonder why? 🤔 And of course it hides in plain site. Movies like Squid Games, and Kimi are about playing games and being tortured. Kimi is a movie that references gangstalking. It's in your face. While they make 'sexy' movies about the CIA being good guys fighting 'terrorists'. THERE ARE NO TERRORISTS!!!!! That's why they test out their toys and mind control on citrizens. THOUSANDS OF US!!!! How else are they going to play with their toys. All wars are bogus with elite shaking hands under the table.

You're a nationalist. These criminals view America as a corporation - which it is, and it takes research to understand those loopholes and legalese. I've heard of "generational mind control" in reading, & also met someone like that. Yes, when it's early on & extensive it can really seem to mess you up a lot more than average.
I've read that if you're sensitive, psychically gifted, then you may be targeted because they want to map your brain to program their AI systems. There are no laws. Chile is a country that has neurotransmitters-rights laws. We are in the beginning of exposing these programs.
All govt departments whether of amy country do torture their employees, cant do anything. They use their employees to torture other junior employees so selectively and they do it so tactfully that the victim can't prove it. They destroy their personal lives too. Teaching departments have EVGC's (psychologists) to harass employees of their choice. Real Shame on such authorities!
