Great job explaining the wildfire devastation and the work that goes into trails years later. This hike has always been on my bucket list, but I had no idea of the brutal climb. Someday I will make it up!
At 5:40, I got to this point but didn’t see that red arrow! It was getting late so I turned back. I am going back for sure and with more daylight to explore! Great vid
84 years in Phoenix. Did the south peak about 1961. Brown's many times. I did the next one south of Brown's in about 1980. Probably my greatest disappointment is never doing number two counting from the south.
Freaking sweet climb!! And awesome info on the area, and current conditions. Appreciate the info on the conservation as well, hope people pay attention!!

Wow what a rugged hike! Thanks for sharing!
I agree with the sentiments of "best video so far". Nice work!!

Love the whole video, loved all the in depth explanations 🤙👍
For me, this is the best video you have made to date. Thank you, Jake!
Thanks Roger! 😁
Awesome hike. Glad we summited it too!
Wow, amazing capture! Love the mountain views! Superb quality! Keep up the great content! :)
Absolutely awe inspiring!!
You should see how green the hike is now. It's all grown back and there's a lot of shade on the trail now
Hey Jake, Inserting a few short interviews with the people your citing would be a nice touch to add to your videos. Great video.
Thanks for the feedback! 😁
Looks like that writing on that rock was from a soldier in the 4th U.S. Cavalry which was out there during the Indian wars.
this video was *QuAcKiN* awesome! A must do hike & view for sure 😍
Best video, I been wanting to go…how do you get there? Where to park? Which exit
LOVE IT
Thanks for the recording

@@TrailTime we're going to have to link up for a hike or backpacking trip sometime soon!
Definitely. I’m leaving for California next week through the end of October. Let me know if you’re out near Tahoe this summer! 👍🏼
Nice vid! Great work!
I've gotten mixed signals on if I'd need 4 wheel drive. I have access to a 2wd work truck, maybe I'll just give it a go
If you have high clearance, you should be ok. If there’s snow or ice I would turn around though.
2WD SUV is sufficient
Love the views! Really sad to see those black dead tree trunks. It takes so long for the Ponderosas to grow.
Very true. What pains me most is seeing the burnt saguaros though, because they’ll take even longer to recover.
@@TrailTime Oh yeah, we won't see those saguaros regrown in our lifetimes. Hopefully they will be there for our grandchildren!
Like it 🙂 👍 ✨️ 💓
The other three peaks are named: Brothers, Sisters, Amethyst
