The other day my son was going to an orientation for work. He’s been looking for work for months and is behind on rent and was going to get evicted. Finally, he got hired for a perfect job close near to his house. The only problem was a few months ago he lost his Social Security card and his birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Without one of the two he would not be hired and he would lose the opportunity for the job, he was also reaching his breaking point, and was talking about hurting himself if he didn’t get hired😢I searched my house for his birth certificate. I had already looked in the little accordion folder that I keep all of our important documents.
I went to pick him up to take him to his orientation but first we stopped back at the house one last time I wanted to search really well but deep down I knew it was gone BUT before in the elevator, I prayed to God, please help me find it. My bedroom was torn up with papers everywhere looking for this birth certificate. Finally, I thought maybe I should check the accordion folder one last time right where I had already looked SEVERAL times it was there. I knew that was God I told my son it was God, he told me “that’s not how it works Mom” and I told him “oh yes it is!!”
