So far the best tip for hitting by far. Everyone has said the same thing about changing the settings. You have explained a more simplistic way to hit for me. 100% appreciate it.
Played my first ever match in MLB the show. I lost 17-0. Wasn't going to try to play this game anymore. I watched your video only and gave it another shot. Well, I won 14-0 and I feel like I won the world series lol. Great video. Extremely helpful and very easy to understand
No, sliders aren't the problem. Fastballs down the middle and swing in the green that result in flyout, Ground balls, foul balls, choppers and pathetic flyouts to the short part of the outfield.
That's baseball, remember for every 10 at bats if you get 3 hits (.300 average) you are considered legendary. Nutshell you can fail 7 times in those 10 appearances (70%) and that is a great day at the park.
Practicing in challenge of the week I'm noticing a difference. I watch their elbow against their side and keep my eyes center there as that's generally where the pitch is going to cross over. I'm now able to read inside pitches and make the adjustment as I'm just looking to see if it goes over their body or not. Gives an earlier read as to where the pitch is going as opposed to trying to adjust to the pitch out of the hand.
Pure genius 👏 thank you. im a good hitter but I loose patience when ppl never throw strikes. In other words I refuse to take walks. This should help me to calm down in deep counts and with runners on. Thank you!
A tip all may enjoy. How to tell the difference between fastball and offspeed. Turn all sound off except hearing the ball being hit, thrown, will be other sounds in game but turn off commentary and audience. There is a stronger and longer whoosh sound on an offspeed vs fastball. Sit FB and listen
I think what upsets me the most about the game is the amount of times it says "Good Timing" but yet it isn't good timing. I can't tell you how many times I have swung and missed on a "Good Timing" swing! Almost every time a changup is thrown directly over the plate, there is a swing-and-miss and it says "Good Timing." You would think that good timing would mean you fouled it off, or at least made contact. But apparently it doesn't mean that all.
Your tips make sense. I just might be the worst player of the game. I have played 15 ranked games so far and have 28 runs. It’s just awful. I can’t figure it out.

I’m awful at this game. I have no idea what I’m doing. Thanks for the tips
I'm still learning a lot about this game and baseball in general but this video helped me turn 2-3 hitters into 8+ against the same opponent. thanks!
“Pay attention to the pitcher” that tip helped me out alone thanks. Just subbed
you joking right

You can’t win 14-0 or 17-0 mercy Rule?
@@XboxEwo.k wdym? I was in exhibition mode and it didn't mercy rule. I won 14-0 against the royals
@@codycooper9293 oh my bad I was thinking diamond dynasty there’s a mercy rule in that

Mine timing perfect ..contact perfect....OPPO hit 🤷🏾♂️

Haven’t played mlb games in years found myself missing everything when I upped the difficulty this helped tremendously

I would agree with 90% I do at times use contact swing if I have a guy on 1st and 3rd

Yo so abt the pci anchor does having it off or on help with not slamming my joystick down at last second?
The crossover is a blessing to me. Thanks for that 💯
Wow that cross over method did wonders for me! Subbed
I would disagree with power this year as it seems there are less HR’s than last year. But great video and I like the idea of the cross over method.
How the heck are you guys getting your practice modes to throw balls?
Good video but contact rating doesn't dictate your pci size. It's your vision (VIS)
Such a good video! Thank you so much for the tips!
Not go lie I jus watched ur vid Nd beat guy 4-0 in the 4th inning. He record was 5-22 in DD I’m 22-33 . U earned a sub & like 😅
I haven’t won yet but I making way more contact plus the pitching tips. It’s only a matter of time at this point. U getting a sub from me
Update I won 3 straight. Came back from 3-0 to 5-4 win 5 homers
Great tips, thanks so much!
Would this work for RTTS?
Wide is the best hitting view. I consistently hit 500's with a longest of 547' w/Mike Schmidt.
How do I see where the ball goes, like the camera angle you do after hitting the ball instead of the camera just being on the base runner
Thanks for this I am new this year this helped me a ton!
Hi sleeves I’m new to MLB and having trouble with the conquest for 89 mike piazza. Can you do a tutorial or something explaining how to do it?
There's a tutorial on the channel! th-cam.com/video/qE52E21mLLY/w-d-xo.html
man i was looking for a camera view for the longest. This my first time playing mlb every so im tryna learn. shits addictive tho
way to addictive lmao
Awesome tips, I am new to this and it helped a shit ton.
What’s the best thing between Power, regular, and contact swing?
Nvm
Regular
This helped so much! Thank you!

How do you just ignore the ball i cant
Thanks Cam!
these tips were great
Thanks for your help brother

How do I NOT CHECK SWING
Your buttons are pressure sensitive, so you have to click all the way down and decently hard to swing fully
Once they increase the difficulty in ranked I soooooo much harder to make contact and actually get a hit. Not a ground out and pop up.
Tky sleeves I'll try this . I just played the game for the 1st time and I'm terrible, can't even win on rookie mode 😭
I know you pain bro. Had to play the Astros 4 times in conquest to finally beat them 2-1 in 5 innings…
Only thing I disagree with is the contact swing comment. I’ve hit bombs with contact swing this year..
I freaking always slam my PCI around it drives me crazy
this is the least beginner friendly game i have ever touched
I need an even more fool proof way to hit I can’t do it🤣
I’m in the Uk 🇬🇧 and this is the first ever baseball game I’ve played(send help)🤣
bro I need timing tips because for some reason it makes no gah damn sense
This crossover method stuff is pretty stupid
I can’t hit anything inside
Biggest and worse problem with hitting is pci going out of the zone. It should just be strike zone
It’s funny because you do these things and play all the time and still stuck
