Lachko ki recipe :- khandela gehoo - 100 graam gud - 200 graam gehoon ka aata - 100 graam rava-25 graam sookha kasa hua naariyal. khandela gehoo ko raat bhar 5-6 hrs ke liye garm pani mein bhigo de. raat bhar bhigoe huye gehoo ko pressure cooker mein daalen aur 2 glass pani daalen. tel 1 bada chammach, namak ki chutki. pakane aur naram hone tak 6 - 7 seetii lagaen. gud ko ek alag katore mein garm pani mein 1-2 hrs ke liye bhigo de. 200 graam ghee garm karen. 100 graam gehoon ka aata daalen. aur rava bhi. 10 minute tak pakaen. - bhoora hone par mishran mein pake huye gehoo daalen aur mix kare. - kuchh minute baad gud ka pani daalen. dheere-dheere yah thick ho jaata hai. dhak kar kuch minute tak pakaen. sookha naariyal daalen. ise achhe se mila le. serve and enjoy :) Recipe of Lachko :- Khandela gehu - 100g Jaggery (Gud) - 200g Wheat Flour-100g Rava-25g Dry grated coconut. Cook for 10 mins. When turns Brown add cooked gehu to the mixture and stir. After few minutes add jaggery water. Slowly it thickens. Cover and cook for few minutes. Add dry coconut. Mix it well. Serve. Enjoy :)
