Excellent video. For once a company is trying to educate consumers about their product correctly. Without this information, most consumers are only at the mercy of untrained mechanics and jargon-filled manuals. By the way, the manual that came with my inverter does not explain why we have to choose a particular dip switch setting. Su-Kam can improve its manuals too.

I have falcon +1100 and 200 ah acid battery, i use it to my pc with 650 watt + monitor what panel settings I should use?
And why everytime i use it on backup it took different time to go down to 0 charge, first day 5 hours next few days less to 2 hours with same usage and both times battery is full and they take different time to charge full charged!! First day 14 hours last few days 6-7 hours! the battery is new less than a month

Yes. You can adjust parameters using the dip switch provided at the back panel of the inverter.

Hello. I have a 24v 1600va inverter and 2 x 200Ah batteries, but the system does not last 2hours when operating a 55W tv and fridge. What could be the problem? Should the 2 X 260w 24V solar panels be connected in series or parrallel to charge the batteries?

For 90Ah battery you can select 10A or for 60Ah batteyr you can set 5A.

I have heard that charging the battery using low current extends the battery life... so, if I select 7.5 Amp for 150 AH tubular battery , will it increase the electricity bill ?

What is the 5th dip switch change when it is switched from LA to tubular? does it change charging voltage?
For lead acid battery use LA mode. Otherwise battery will recharge continuously on Tub/smf mode

Hi i live in iraq and i have just bought su kam +1600 Inverter. But unfortunately the application failed to connect to my inverter. How to solve the problem. If my model is not supported then how to adjust the parameters without app.
Yes the model is not compatible with Bluetooth model is a different product.
If you don't have bluetooth then you can adjust parameters using the dip switch provided at the back panel of the inverter.

Please tell me what should be charging amp for 150ah tubular batter?
If your battery is rated C/10 where C is capacity of battery then you can calculate your battery charging amperes by putting the formula 150AH/10= 15Amps. Likewise if you battery is rated C/20 your charging amps will be 7.5Amps

If PV reverse Led is on that means you had connected reverse wires on solar port;
You should immediately change the wire polarity for normal function of ups but in falcon+ there is no PV Reverse LED.

When we install falcon+ with battery then in initial stage system automatically self test the LED indications. If falcon plus front display panel is continuously blinking then kindly raise your complaint at our customer care - 8800500500.

DIP Switch no. 5 is basically for Battery Selection. If you use a Flat Plat/La battery then set your UPS on LA mode or if you are using tubular or smf/dry battery then pls set the same on TT/SMF mode.
No, you are wrong. 900 Does not have deep switch. It does not come with the temperature sensor, too.
