Brainy eco 1100 has an inbuilt PWM charge controller and works accordingly . So connecting an extra MPPT charge controller with it may hamper the working and performance of brainy eco as it will confuse the inverter only on connecting 2 solar charge controller.

you can use both at the same time because of high inrush current which is required to run certain appliance
अभी मेरे पास सुकाम बरैनी eco 1100 VA 12 v सोलर इन्वर्टर है जिस पर 600(75*8) वाट पैनल लगे है , बैटरी 150 ah है,लोड अधिक होने के कारण बैटरी फुल चार्ज नही होती तो क्या स्मार्टरन या कोई भी mppt सोलर कंट्रोलर पर एक्स्ट्रा (160*2) वाट पैनल लगाकर बैटरी से जोड़ सकते है, इन्वर्टर लोड 40 एम्प है। क्या दोनो एक ही 12 वाल्ट 150 Ah की बैटरी पर काम करेंगे

I hv purchased brainy eco 1100 VA yesterday,my query is: when power cut ...it's running load but once power come ,,after 1 min a beep sound generated and all load went off forever and not starting...it's not passing the load to main line.

A 250 watt panel is in 24 V but brainy eco 1100 is a 12V system, you must connect 12v panels with your brainy eco 1600 for proper functioning .

Your configuration is correct .
1. Battery always have 10% to 20% of this value , if your battery is 20% then it will take minimum 8 to 10 hrs.to get fully charged.
2. If your battery bank is fully charged then you will get approx. 8 to 9 hrs. backup on 600 watt load.
3. For total cost, you should contact to our authorized Distributor of your Zone.

1. ek to iski jo green aur yellow Light hai ye aur jyada bright honi chahiye thi jaisi su-kam power doc ki green light jyada tej chamakti hai kyu ki ghar ka darwaja khulte hi mains on ko chhod ke saare indicater dikhne band ho jaate h.
2. Brainy me bhi mobile se connect hone ka system hona chahiye tha ( LIKE FALCON+ ) ya fir ek LCD jisme backup time, charging time, amp., voltage aata rahe ( LIKE FALCON++ ) besak iski kimat thodi jyada ho.
3. ek iska controlar 30 amp se bada hona chahiye taaki low solar light me bhi extra panel jod kar jyada power le sake.

I have this installed at home, however, I have never seen the charge light glow green, its always been yellow. Is there something wrong with the system?
no there is nothing wrong,, charge led is yellow means that the battery is getting charged through solar power which is good thing. at night when solar is not available and the mains is connected to the system in that case the battery will be charged through mains and the indication will be green.
Yes, however, even at night when there is no solar available, the charge led has not turned green. In reality, I have never seen green lights.
That shows your Grid changing is disabled. You can turn on this feature on the dip switch provided on the back panel of your brainy inverter.

Recently installed this product by a Sukam dealer. brainy eco 1100+universal battery(tubular 12v/150ah)+Sukam monocrystalline 300w solar(12v/150w*2) panel+wiring=54,000rupies.
As per me dip switch is not a great idea, because it is not useful that much.
Led indications are not (colour)matching with manual & also this video.Asper my observations these are the actual colours:
Mains=white
Backup=white
Charge=yellow (grid),orange(solar)
Overload=red
Battery low=red
Solar on=yellow(grid),orange(solar).
After one week use I will give 8.5/10,but in paper it's 9.9/10.
It's better than other hybrid inverters in market,but not the best.

It is recommended by you to use 4x150Ah batteries for Brainy Eco1600 for 1000W Solar Panels in the series-parallel combination to make 24V 300Ah. Why not 2x300Ah batteries (in series) instead?
Is it possible to use 2x200Ah (12V) batteries in series to make a 24V 200Ah system? Afterall the maximum battery bank by specs is 24V 300Ah.
It is quite possible to use 2*300Ah batteries but Su-Kam does not manufacture 300Ah battery.

You can use any battery. Brainy Eco can charge all types of 12V batteries.

With Brainy Eco 1100 we recommend you connect maximum 300W solar panels and one 150Ah /12V battery.

Last minute me btaya hai ke agr pv (solar) voltage 25 volt se jyada hui to autocut ho jaega . Pv voltage to 32+ rhti hai. Fir ye kese chlega?

अगर brainy eco1600 इनवर्टर में 300 वाट की चार सोलर पैनल लगाओ तो क्या होगा?
You can connect 4 numbers of 300 Watt panels because system has inbuilt 30A/24V solar charge controller.When your panels provide less than & equal to 30A current then your system will be work properly but if panels current is more than 30A then it shows high PV current indication and system will be shutdown.

Its depend upon the running load & battery %. If you are running 15 amp load (DC) and battery is 60% then 15 amps will go to the load and remaining 50% will go to the battery .
