Project 12 Lakes - #9 Prespansko, Resen, Macedonia | Camp & Kayak on Prespa Lake (Stenje)

Project 12 Lakes is an idea of our group of friends to visit 12 lakes in Macedonia during 2021.
With no strict rules on when to go or what to do we are just heading out to have fun and shoot videos.
The lakes are randomly picked according to the possibilities for camping or doing some sports like kayaking.
Prespa Lake (Prespansko Ezero) is the second largest natural lake in Macedonia. Its water flows into Ohrid Lake through streams going beneath Galichica Mountain, so they are both connected in some way.
It's not a big tourist attraction since there aren't much investments or larger towns around it, still people visit it and love it, especially the types that prefer chilled lake experience.
The lake has a surface of 276.4 square kilometers and the highest measured depth is 54 meters. Stenje village has a large beach where you can safely camp for free.
