Using a pump going to a over head filter is the best. Mine isn't as nice as yours but it works great. I have used it for many years. Also I turn the pump off while my fish eat. Thank you!
Suggest ko lang sir, gumamit ka nalang ng mas mahinang pump or sakto lang para di mag overflow, para no need na ng constrictor at saka baba yung power consumption

I have them on a plastic box of 33 us gals with a bin of 28 us gals with a Vivosun 1600GPH. I already lost the Ancistrus, and my Goldfish are swimming on top, the Nitrate is heavy, even I have 2 fluidized filters plus big air stone in the filter for the biological filtration. 15 small goldfish but I haven't been able to stabilize the water!

Overstocked tank 10-15 gallon per goldfish, add more filter media
Try nyo po yung aquazonic g2 1200. Matibay at sakto lang sa 50gallons

always go for overhead sump rather than overhead filter, because in OHS you can put a lot of medias and filter wool
