Yeah It's honestly difficult, your face hurts a lot after all that time, especially when the rubber rubs on your face.
you should get a better face interface / head strap then! it really shouldn't hurt being in VR for just an hour.

For all the people who don’t know what it’s like to wear a meta quest 2 for a long time with the default headstrap it is pain to wear it just for 30 minutes because there are plastic parts at the back which really hurts your head
