- I decided to cook this live for you all as its such a lovely cake and really works well when you need something sweet plus if you have bananas that need using up this is a great way of using them.
Syns will depend on how many pieces you cut the cake into

I'm going to try this, looks lovely, would think about 2 syns per slice, always whisk egg white in a glass or ceramic bowl, peaks better xxx
it's a fab recipe it's difficult to say for syns as it depends how many slices you cut it into x

How many syns are in a slice if you get 10 slices? Can’t wait to try this 😀
you need to syn the flour 25g is 4 syns so 8 syns for flour the rest depends on what you want to syn hun mashed & cooked banana is supposed to be synned but the choice is yours if you syn them or not xxx

Do you know how many syns in whole cake if you sign sweetener and banana?🍰☕☕
if you syn mashed banana's 4 syns each flour 25g is 4 syns not sure about sweetener hun so hopefully you can work it out from that 😊
