This is fast? 4 color, 1 at a time at 5,000 an hour? I would love to have printed in that market....lol. The press and press area are trashed. No color bars because they maxed out the format? Poor mans 1960’s printing methods.
This kind of printing is more satisfying than 70x100 8 colour beasts also this machine needs real mastership unlike your touch screened full automated and equipped with all sort of shnanigans!!!
@@cagatay87 My friend I started out on the junk your using now 40 years ago. To compete in a 2021 world you need modern equipment, and methods. We print to maximize profits, it’s a business like any other. As far as craftsmanship goes, you smash a 1 blanket, no big deal. You smash 10 you lose 2k in rubber and another 2 hours at $500 an hour replacing them. Don’t compare a donkey to a race car. At $35 an hour I bought two houses and three cars and raised a family of 5. It’s a business my friend. I did it for the money not self satisfaction. USA 10 Color Heidelberg pressman. The technology is for speed....the more you print the more you make! If we weren’t good at what we do, we couldn’t afford 4 million dollar machines.
@@tonyharty3666 you are probably right with every word you said for your Country however things are little different out here, I run a small family business but i couldnt bought a house for me and the real reason for that is in my country materials are expensive not the workmanship thats why i could easly sell printed materials to Eu and Usa for very low prices and there is China factories... I'm pleased with my job and I can predict the future that small print shops will cease to exist and big packaging factories will grow and i cant compete with that.. and yes unfortunately we are using your trash old technology to do our businesses but like i said i'm pleased with my job and life thanks to Allah! And little advise for you please do not underestimate your colleague's job as you can easily see he is doing a great job with that junk, don't you think?

Don’t get me wrong, I respect what he is doing, it’s not easy. 40 years ago perhaps 3 made pressman out of 10 that tried. Even here in the States computers are killing the printing business. Some will remain, stamps, political printing, books, flyers, etc. I respect you and understand the pressures your under. I ment no insult. Live in peace and prosper. USA Seems to me your pressman has skill but lacks pride. Ask him to clean up the press and the work area. You want pride, and professionalism? It begins with making your bed in the morning. I have been a foreman, many times. Install a professional attitude! Small advice.......
