Thanks for sharing your experience Jevin, hope you feel some improvements soon. Also, thanks Mark and the Moral medicine team for all the work you are going to raise awareness of these lasting effects from drugs.
Mark, is there a complete list of pharmaceuticals and supplements we should steer clear of if we don’t want to develop this syndrome? Wishing the best for you
That's a great question. To include both pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceuticals, the most common ones seem to be SSRIs, Finasteride, Dutasteride, Spironolactone, Accutane, saw palmetto, and lions mane - essentially, anything anti-androgenic. Having said that, I've heard of people developing these issues from things like ashwagandha as well, which is a natural testosterone booster. This is why everyone should support the research into these things so we can fully understand what's happening to our bodies and hopefully develop a cure in the future. Generally speaking, just please do your research on anything you decide to take and don't underestimate the power of drugs that can affect your hormones.
Even IF this was about Finasteride seeing that someone has hair doesn’t mean they didn’t take it. You can have very early signs of hair loss that no one else can notice and take the drug to prevent further loss. Don’t judge!
These drugs cause more harm than good. I'm grateful he's still alive and sharing his story.

It kind of sounds like he was misdiagnosed at a young age for depression when he might've had/has Aspergers/Autism Spectrum
Yeah sounds like it
Technically he’s had pssd for 1 yeat
Alex Kikel knows how to fix this problem!
No he does not. Baseless internet bro science theorist scamming suffering people for their money. Stop spreading this nonsense.
This dude has amazing hair, yet I'm supposed to believe he used finasteride...LMAO ok.
This video has nothing to do with Finasteride. He took an SSRI...
Are you dumb?

Shows how much people pay attention right lol
