  • We were able to verify there were bad fuel injectors - replaced 3 injectors and it has been over 6 weeks since issues were present.

Mine started after a battery change. It was intermittent. Honda telling me my fuel injections system is bad. BS. I was a mechanic back in the day and the performance is solid, no misses, rpm gauge is steady and fuel economy is good. 2017 CRV here. BTW the injectors are clean. Took the rail off to check. Did the factory reset, no more issues.

I watched your video an read everyone’s comments, an for everyone in the fire that experiences this , use the reboot option and in 2 mins all those “scary false latch codes will be gone” and this happens for instance if you replace your battery or get a injector misfire code, etc… there erroneous. There are 2 other ways to reset the dashboard an I’ve seen videos that are easy to follow

Remove the Positive cable (red wire) from the Battery. There is most likely a corrosion. Take a sand paper and cleaned the connector. Also the battery connector. Install back a tide good the connector. Start the car drive for a 3-5 miles and lights will go away. The electronic on this car is very sensitive, and if not receive the correct voltage and AMP , will light up on the dashboard.

We verified fault in 2 of the injectors. They weren't misfires either.

Today is the second day of owning my 2017 crv. They just towed it because of all those lights and it wouldn't go out of the driveway. I am totally bummed. Thank you for the video.

They don't make Honda's like they use to. This happened to my 17 civic. Will never touch Honda again. They should be recalled and rectified.

how did it go? we have same issue with our 2019 Honda rep said the fuel injectors are discontinued - I think the guy doesn't know what he's talking about and the part is just out of stock because so many people have the same issue.

@@tusharpatel8478 Our local Honda dealership and an independent repair shop both said the issue was caused by a faulty fuel injector. They could not determine which fuel injector was faulty so replacing all of them was the recommended repair. It fixed the issue.

@@BenRequena thanks, I was able to get the two parts (Honda recommended changing the fuel pipe as well) online, gonna call a local shop to see if they can do it, Honda said it was 4 hours of work - I watched some TH-cam videos and it's a little too complicated for me to do (I can basically put in gas, wiper fluid, change a tire or a battery and that's about it).
