- Let's review the thirteen original US colonies and where they are on a map. Do you know them? This is not a super in-depth look; we will do that later when I have more study time.
This is a soft spoken ASMR style video meant to distract your busy mind - just enough content for people who get bored easily but also don't want to think too much. :)

Fun fact: The reason native Black Americans have moved away from the label 'African Americans' to being called Foundational Black Americans (FBA) is because of both thier non-immigrant status and importance to this land prior to the creation of the U.S. - essentially serving as part of the foundation of what would become the U.S.

Maryland isn’t the Old Line State because of the Mason-Dixon Line. It’s the Old Line because during the Revolutionary War, George Washington nicknamed the Maryland troops - some of the toughest fighters and best soldiers he had - “the old line” during the Battle for New York when the PA and DE lines collapsed and Maryland’s line held firm allowing the Continental Army to escape to live another day, losing 400 Marylanders in the process.

I’m from New Hampshire and our state motto is “live free or die” it’s on all of our license plates lol
Yeah, that’s right! It’s the coolest state motto. The website I read up on said it’s the granite state, so I guess it’s both.
The granite state is the nickname, while "Live Free or Die" is the motto. You were giving the most comon state nicknames, not the mottos. @Nofrillsasmr

Facts about pet animals
I knew the motto for 3 of the states but I knew all the Capitals or is it Capitols.
Capitol vs capital - there’s no way to know for sure. 😉

Remember it because capitol buildings usually have round domes, and the O in the associated term is round.
