I saw you left your door open from the first time it was visible. I thought for some unknown reason you want to set up the camera first then go back up the bank to close your door. You didn't. On a narrow road like that why would you leave it open. Even if it turned out to be only 5 minutes to free the blockage you don't know if any or maybe 10 vehicles would be using that road. ???
They don’t make those rakes like they used to, if you can find a welder who could make you 1 that wouldn’t break. I hope that your wader’s aren’t ruined

Wooden handle potatoes rakes suck get 1 with fiberglass handle they last almost forever.
