I really do think that arguing like little children is actually very realistic. I mean, even as adults, it is very likely that you argue with your significant others that way. Heck, in my past relationships, I've argued like this with my partner on the smallest problems. Yes, that seems childish, but we expose the weakest part of ourselves in front of people we care about, and that can be good or bad sometimes. And the way that they fought, they also finally told each other how they really felt, and what matters is the result, where they were finally able to talk it out. Also, isn't Emilia's mental age even younger? like 8 years old? So her perception of love is really different than what normal people would think what love is. Like she literally cannot understand why Subaru is willing to help her to this length, while that's EXACTLY what love is.

I like how in the light novel, they said how the spell Otto used was something that he couldn't do normally in his lifetime. That's how powerful that spell was

This was one of the best written (and acted) confession scenes I've ever seen... Everything about it was just right from a character, narrative and relatability perspectives. Even the devolving into the argument felt like a natural and needed venting of emotion.

I've been toying with Emilia and Satella being the same person for a good long while now. There are too many questions left unanswered to say for sure at this point though. Things can get pretty confusing when you insert time/space manipulation into a story, so we'll just have to wait and see. It is interesting though that this world seems to have a habit of drawing people in from Subaru's world, given the similarity of their languages and the fact that Al is also from Subaru's world if I'm remembering correctly. Priscilla even mentioned during the royal selection arc that she'd heard stories of people coming from "beyond the great waterfall", which is essentially a metaphor referring to people that were abducted from Subaru's world. Earth and whatever world the kingdom Lugunica exists in seem to have a very strange relationship.
Have you ever thought that Stella just uses Emilia as someone she wants to be because she's actually ENVY of the relationship they have? Since she can manipulate time, she already knows about their relationship and she envies her, so she tries her best to keep her appearance similar to Emilia's. A twisted love. It makes sense to me much more than her being Emilia from the future, sounds lame as hell.
Apparently, Betelgeuse, despite being completely insane, is actually the the nicest of the Archbishops. You kinda see this when Subaru tries to play on his status as a potential Archbishop and how Geuse acts oddly more akin to an overeager, tightly wound host than a psychopathic cultist

To be perfectly frank, I think modern society's idea of what it means to be an adult is complete and utter horse manure. I regularly interact with people my parents' age (I'm thirty-five and my parents in their fifties) that act like complete children in certain aspects. Being an adult is more about mentality and attitude, and less so about physical age and your ability to write a check to pay your bills. I find it telling that legally you're considered an adult (in the U.S) at eighteen, but you don't get your full privileges until twenty-one, especially since the amount of privileges reserved for the age of twenty-one has only increased with time depending on where you live.

I really hoped to see Ottos Al Dona. As the climax of his fight it was described awesomely. But your video cuts while you talked about it really brought the scene to live. Also the short show of Beatrice was very nice. I love the love to detail you put into your videos.
While I would have liked seeing more context given to Emilia's breakdown and her argument with Subaru, I get why the studio had to cut so much. The story and characters at this point are so dense that it's hard to pack it all into the time they're given (keep in mind, we still haven't seen the 2nd cour's OP yet cause they're trying to squeeze out as much time as they can already). - That said, I like that they kept the feeling of their fight being a continuation of the one they had in the capital. really highlighted how much Subaru has grown since then and internalizing the advice from his parents even if he still has a way to go. I know him using his mother's words was obvious, but I like to think that Subaru noting Emilia's flaws and assuring her that he loves her anyway just for being her echoes the conversation he had with his father
I’m anime only, it seems that maybe Otto may be saving al Dona for Elsa, as the anime likes to change small things. (Assuming the sanctuary gets liberated and they start moving to the mansion )
That could make sense, since Otto has to use earth magic at some point in the anime onscreen. And when it comes to his “calculation”, maybe it’s him getting the mana necessary to get prepped for the mansion instead of the fight versus Garfiel.
Wait til he goes back to the mansion, or better yet deals with the White Rabbits. Subaru is good when it comes to keeping his promise to the witch of gluttony.
This series is a perfect complement for the series and at the same time is a very good advertising for the source material since it shows that even a very good adaptation still has to make some cuts here and there sometimes, thanks for these videos I look forward to them almost as much as the episode itself.
Everytime I see the parallels in Subaru and Emilia in regards to their anxieties and lack of self-worth, I also see how the way they support each other proves how much they take after their parents.

We don't see the decisive blow or anything. Him showing up at the graveyard is suppose to imply that he won in the end and make you question whether or not if he killed them.

Some of these details seem pretty important, like Emilia's obsession with promises and how it relates to her past, kinda odd why they just left it out of the anime.
there's only so much the anime can cover
They already cut OP and ED and they bought out comical slots to allows for more time in the anime they are doing all they can

We don't see the decisive blow or anything. Him showing up at the graveyard is suppose to imply that he won in the end and make you question whether or not if he killed them.
