      Try giving up pasta, pizza and bread for 7-10 days this worked for me all my pain went away it was amazing. I now it very little of it.

    Hi, I buy regular cayenne from any spice store. I just did a liver cleanse.
    2 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 or 2 table spoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
    Stir & knock it back in the morning in an empty stomach for 5 days….
    It’s magic 🎉

    I take 1/2 teaspoon 2 to 3 times daily straight in the mouth followed by warm water,
    Cayenne pepper has benefited me so much I no longer need Diabetic big farmer drugs.
    My health deteriorated so much from taking synthetic drugs that don't heal, I started researching natural remedies.

    This morning I took a 1/2 tsp of cayenne powder in warm water with honey, and I swear to Gadzooks that my eyesight is better (the ability for the eyes to focus quickly from near to far and vice versa), and the joints in my hand are much looser. I feel better. I was looking for something to lower blood pressure and came across cayenne on the interwebz. I'm sure it will lower my bp and make me feel better.

      yes,,i agree,,,when i take the cayenne pepper ,,after 2 minutes or so ,,my eyesight seems to have the clarity and brightness when i was a teenager !!!!

      @@holyhellal, that's totally awesome. I would keep on taking the cayenne but I find it upsets my stomach. Since I stopped, however, I have cleaned up other aspects of my diet and have felt better digestively speaking... so maybe I'll try the cayenne again, but this time maybe just start w/ 1/4 tsp and see how that feels.

      dear Mumpy ,,,if you are interested in lowering blood pressure ,,i would suggest taking cacao or cocoa ,,the Kuna indians from the Panama area drink a lot of cocoa ,and they have low blood pressure even in their old age,,i drink it and i am over 50 and have almost the same blood pressure as my 19 year old son !!

    Yes!! Cayenne pepper 🌶 in everything. Apple juice, sprinkled on fresh fruit peaches, mango watermelon 🍉 😋 put it in yogurt, smoothies, scrambled eggs, soups
    Excellent in lemonade.
    Cayenne intensifies the healing properties of all other foods it comes into contact with.

    I just put cayenne pepper from my spices and lotion because I was in such great pain so I put a little on the palm of my hand and lotion rub it on my knee and the pain is gone. First the you Jesus. And Thankyou Doc. 😊

    I have varicose veins and after I saw this on a video a few months ago I started taking a cayenne supplement, unfortunately it made my stomach burn. I looked on Amazon and found one that does not burn . I have seen great results in the veins in my feet. And my joint pain is less. Thanks for all your advice.

    I make a huge pot of chili, with cayenne pepper, ground turkey, ground Hamburg, onions, garlic.
    I cook it up and decide it into 7 Ziploc bags, refrigerate.
    Love it for lunch everyday!
    Also do "wild lettuce" capsules for lower back pain.
    And at night I do activated charcoal. (Make sure you drink lots of water during the day)
    1/2 t Cream of tartar in water of juice = potassium helps with water retention and leg pain.

    Yes this cayenne pepper thing is a blessing from the Lord I mix 1 & half cups of queen of throne castorr oil in pint size mason jar add 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper stirring well give it time to melt into castor oil . I used glove put on my neck and then took an old t shirt I had cut to use to tie around my neck I give it an hour or so to soak into skin the apply heating pad 20mins off then ice for 20 mins.

    Cayenne pepper is the best spice in the world I was taken blood pressure medicine now I don't take blood pressure medicine anymore my doctor said hey it's fine sprinkling on your food. forget about buying supplements just go to the grocery store or health food store and pick up a bottle of cayenne pepper organic if possible every time you eat sprinkle a little on your food you will get used to the taste or the burning it does wonders for your body it's like God came down and slap me and said you should have been doing this 50 years ago it's great
    arthritis blood pressure you name it it's the best health healing spice In the universe, I'm 74 years young, and I know what I'm talking about. But do not cook with it it gives your food a funny taste just sprinkle it on your food or in your water at the time that you start eating or drinking, and remember hot pepper flakes and cayenne pepper completely different. I have even sprinkled it on vanilla ice cream LOL 😋👍 PS whatever Dr M tells you to do. Just do it 💒

    With God family and CBD / THC I’ve weaned off heavy meds used for intractable nerve pain. Despite using strictly to control life threatening pain I want to make the next step to a complete sober mind and praying this is the answer. I’ve been nearly bed ridden for years nothing seems to help with the nerve pain other than RSO and it’s too expensive. I’ll update in about a month thank you for putting this out!

    I’ll give it a try because I can’t take pepper heat in my mouth, just can’t tolerate the heat. I do grow them indoors to give to family and friends that love hot peppers. But, after listening to you giving its benefits to the body, id give it a try with the supplement.     i was sicker than a dog i think i had worms/ parasitesvwas serously thinking next day gona go to hospital i think i had food poisoning..well that same morning..i put crushed red pepper great value i bought at walmart for about a buck..and literaly within hours i felt much beter its night and i feel like i am back to normal..i had for literly over 2 years had to go to the bathroom 5 times a night..well i will see if i am up all night again..but i plan on puting cayene in my food for now on..i firmly believe this is the worlds best food medicine

    Excellent video Dr. I have learned so much from the information that you provide. I combine Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric, Black Pepper and Ginger (all organic in powder form) with warm distilled water and it works great for me. I also make sure that these organic products are 3rd party lab tested.

    I use crushed pepper when seasoning, which is in everyday cooking.Makes every dish healthy and also tasty.

    I have been in so much pain with degenerative arthritis, and I tried it in a small glass of water with a tsp of honey. I did notice a significant decrease in pain AND it has helped as a blood thinner. I was feeling poorly once I resumed my blood thinner medication. I stopped taking it and I am implementing this. I know it's my choice, but at age 62, I need to pick and choose what I take. You have terrific health advice, but it's my choice as to what meds I take or not. No culpability for you. Thank you!!

      ​@@vsadha5241cayenne pepper is red. Start taking a quarter teaspoon twice a day and work your way up slowly so you don't overdo it. .

    Thanks, im going to try that. My eyes are fuzzy and have been getting worse. Refuse to take bp ( or any) drugs for that, diabetes, cholesterol etc. YAHOVAH gave foods for medicine as well as filling the stomach. 😊❤

    I am 76 yrs. old and never really had much joint pain but I was eating hot peppers long before they were touted to be good for you. They can really bother the stomach and intestines of some people.

    I suffer from blood pressure and i am anaemic can i use cayenne pepper with castor oil topically for knee pain please advise.

    I just tried cayenne pepper. It is incredibly hot. Be careful and use it only in small doses
    Here it is suggested to take 500 mg 3 times a day = 1500 mg
    A tablespoon is about 0.5 ounces = 14175 milligrams
    There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. So 1 teaspoon = 0.17 ounces = 4727 milligrams
    So you need to consume at most a third of a teaspoon a day.

    Thyme in tea will help bring you better focus and memory recall! I tried it just one night and bam next day my focus and memory is better. It's delicious too!
