TH-camr Cathy and Nacchan goes and find out the Japanese Noodle Culture in Nakano, where it is one of the ferocious Ramen areas in Tokyo .
The first place to visit is the hero of the Ramen, the noodle. They go into Taisei Foods where they make noodles to find out how noodles are made. The flour is mixed to make a flat batter, and cut into the well-known noodle shape which amazes them! This noodle factory not only does it make and ship noodles, but also has a secret which a lot of Ramen Store owners will appreciate.
They find out there is a store which uses the noodles made at Taisei Foods , so the hungry two goes to Shanghai Menkan which is one minute walk from NAKANO station. They try the noodles which they saw a little while ago. How is the taste?
Asking Japanese people on the street, in "Ask Japanese", they go deep into the secrete of Ramen which everybody loves. Check this out as well.
