Huge props to the people working in this type of industry as I myself have worked in the food/resto service for years and even worked in a japanese ramen shop like this for like a year! I can definitely relate to this, we might be close by like 10pm but we would normally be going home by like 11pm-12am and all you want is hug the bed and be up early the next day and repeat the cycle. Definitely helped me grow as a person by engaging different kinds of people everyday! I even to this day have all the recipes and step by step on how to cook our ramen shop menus, I also still have with me the main key to our freezer as my token lol
I watched several of these videos. Her story has so much positive spins. Firstly, she wanted to carry on her grandfather's legacy. The restaurant was very sentimental to him. Secondly was her triumph over difficult times especially during the covid pandemic. Thirdly is the faithfulness of her grandfather's loyal staff who remained as the best chef in the restaurant. Fourthly is the loyalty of friendship. Her childhood friend coming to support her was critical for her success. Fifthly is the need for hardwork. She works 5 days a week and still spends the other 2 days to complete her studies. Sixthly is she still has other dreams. eg. an announcer, expanding the restaurant, managing etc. It is difficult to see her doing this for so long. It is really a tough life. Seven, she is absolutely beautiful. Like the Korean visitor said, they came because they have heard that she looks like the KPOP idol Minji. And they were not disappointed and discovered the food was really good. This is an amazing story. Best wishes and success to her restaurant and all their staff.
To the young men of this age group take note.: This is what you classify as a "High Value" woman. Dedication to family, hard working, business minded and can cook! Look no further!
