I remember listening to this during some rough times in 7th grade. I am just now finishing my freshman year of college and I remembered this song. I can’t thank you enough for these songs, they really have helped me and shifted my worldview. If it wasn’t for music like this my world would’ve been very dark.

lovely game and song. it feels unreal to find a remix of this after so many years. I miss it, it was a true pearl that never got an occasion to really shine due to the fact it was released on wii instead of being created for more popular consoles.

That moment when you played the game a few years ago and still remember this song as if you listened to it yesterday! Awesome Remix!
So I remember my brother got this game when I was VERY little. Years after my brother stopped playing this game, when I was in 6th grade, I listen to this and have a wave of nostalgia. Now skip forward some more years when I'm in freshman year of high school. I listen to this and remember the old memories of watching my brother play this every Friday. Now a YEAR after that, when I'm 15 years old, I finally get to playing this magnificent underrated gem.

nope. the last story is an amazing jrpg game created by hironobu sakaguchi and whose soundtrack was composed by nobuo uematsu ( the original final fantasy saga creator and composer ). the game was released on nintendo wii long ago and despite being one of the best titles for that console it never received much appreciation due to the console being quite unpopular itself.

Heard about this game along with xenoblade and a few others I forgot the names of and hearing this soundtrack for the first time and subsequently looking into it a little. It's a shame it never got the attention it most likely deserves beautiful track, and wonderful remix.
If you haven't played The Last Story you totally should, it's such an enjoyable experience, such great characters and atmosphere. I had so much fun playing it that it's now one if my favorite games of all time.

I'm more impressed by how she gets to go through every single crosswalk without even looking!
To me, when I listen to this song, It reminds me of a scene youd see in an anime or movie, where their friend is in danger of either themself, or someone else, and they must run to save them. The stopping beats in here are either their heart beat or their breath, pounding yet hard to take in. The voice singing is their desperation, pushing them on. "Come on! I can do it!". The soft crying instrument in the background is their friend's will to live. Screaming, "Help me, I want to be saved." All the other noises are the emotiond and thoughts pushing through both their heads. "Is this okay?" "Will they be okay?" "Can I do this?". The same thoughts, yet different connotation.
Simply amazing on all counts, great job to the artists and thanks for uploading.
