The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “Divine frequency” is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. 1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) Expand your scene with details, 3) Write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress

I just went somewhere, my thoughts went out of bounds now and again but I became more aware and prevented escalating them. Then these beautiful people appeared and I began to think because I must have put them in my head but i don’t think I did, they just appeared. They are calm and encouraging but silent. Every time I began to drift to thought I was faster at catching it and went back to enlightenment and this just feels so good.

I just want to say THANK you. I woke up last night from a nightmare and was scared to go back to sleep. I actually came across this page by accident…I wanted to go back to sleep and was trying to find ASMR or something. It’s so crazy , I believe this really is a shift, I painted a painting about 2 months ago and the colors the swirls the imagery is there , and it was hand picking a different universe.
