Kwale Governor Fatuma Achani calls for youth to maintain law and order

Kwale County Governor Fatuma Achani has Called on kwale County youth's in the areas of Diani , Msambweni Subcounty to be law abiding and peace ambassadors in an area that is a hub for tourism investments and attractions that for long has served as a source of income to the locals.
The sentiments by the County Chief arise after a week long Countrywide demonstrations that led to death's and destruction of properties as a result of the passage of the Controvensial finance of 2024/2025 by the members of the National Assembly
The Countrywide protests also saw massive destruction of properties, looting of people businesses, and injuries to the locals of Diani by the Criminal gangs who took advantage of the protestors.
