If u start from the middle of surah u dont say bismillah

saying Bismillah is optional when you start reciting from the middle of the surah... you say it or not no problems
0:38 error in the last word there. not to be spelt as such. it shud have a م at the end

0:41, "وَبَدَّلْنَاهُم" the harakat of lot's of the words was written wrong

Name of Recitation is Khalaf Aan Hamza, you are probably familiar with other popular recitations but this is a valid recitation of the Quran it just happened to be different from the others.
There are different qiraats and this sheikh is reading a different qiraat which most people probably haven't heard of before because they listen to the qiraat most reciters recite
