Food Automation presents the Tramper Technology S-340 Tray sealer. This tray sealer is the smallest version within the Tramper Sealing machines and has a sealing surface of 300 x 400 mm. The tray sealing machine is equipped with a servo-controlled drive, allowing
both solid and liquid products to be packed.
The S-340 has a compact and robust construction and has a very high-quality finishing, which exceeds the demanding standards of the food industry.
The machine is known for its user-friendly control and excellent accessibility. The S-340 is fitted with an interchangeable die set, which can be changed over quickly and easily manually or with the aid of a tooling trolley.
For fully automated processing, the sealing machine can be modularly expanded with a tray denester, a filling systems and a lidding system.
