Food Automation presents Tramper Technology Tub denesting filling sealing & closing line for fried onions. This completely servo driven line with central line control will denest the tubs onto a servo driven walking beam system that positions the trays underneath the Tramper tray filling system. After the tubs have been filled, they are transported into the servo driven Tramper tray sealer. After being sealed (with or without MAP) the tubs are transported to the lidding station. The lids are denested by a servo driven arm and placed onto the tubs while the tub is being supported from the bottom by the support plate that comes up out of the walking beam transport system. After the tubs are being brought in line the tubs are ready for the possible labelling-, chekcweighing and metal detection system. For more information please go to www.foodautomation.com.au.
