    In this video, we dive into Morph Studio, an AI video storyboarding and generation tool.
    In a world where Sora, Runway 3, Luma labs and others are creating amazing video models that put previous tech to shame, do we really need another AI video generation platform?
    Well, I wasn’t sure when I first hear about Morph Studio. It definitely has it’s weaknesses - slower render times being among them - but if they can somehow incorporate updated and more sophisticated motion models into their solution, something like this can have real value.
    Watch as we explore its features, including creating videos from text and image prompts,, adjusting animation styles, and testing the lip-sync capability.
    Despite a few hiccups and long rendering times, we break down how Morph Studio can be used for storyboarding and creating different video styles.
    Join us on this walkthrough to see if you see potential in this approach to organizing your AI video storytelling!

    For those that see this, please keep in mind the slow generation of images and video is not because of the system but user activity. When these tools release and get flooded, the servers slow down because of all the user input. This is quite normal for just about every tool that has had a first time release. They usually improve after a month or two or after as mentioned above, a subscription platform to funnel user input priority is introduced. MidJourney for all its beautiful work has had server issues from time to time even after refining.
    I am making this comment because it appears a few people here are not aware.

    Thank you Bob. Seems like there's potential here but very much a work in progress.

    Was only listening to your commentary while making breakfast -which was, out of context, bizarre. 😂 But does anyone else think this node way of splicing shots together is a potential game-changer? It seems to get around the need to regenerate what you want to stay the same between scenes as well as eliminating the overall glitchy background etc. consistentcy problems all of the AI vid editors have been err to.

      I agree that this is an interesting approach to editing, and I’d like to see them develop it. The ability to generate multiple exports at once is also a plus. I know a lot of NLEs do batch processing, but this is easy for everybody.

    I tried this one a couple of months ago, it hasn't changed a lot in that time, so I don't know why the speed issues wouldn't have been fixed by now. It did seem quite promising... but other software dropped and I got distracted.

      Yep. If it’s been a long time with still no fix, I guess perhaps it’s not a priority for them at the moment. No idea.

    Hey Bob, do you have a discord or an online community?

    • @BobDoyleMedia
      @BobDoyleMedia  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      TECHNICALLY I do have a discord, but I haven't done anything with it since moving to AI - its' been years - and right now I have no bandwidth to moderate it! We do have the AI Lab Essentials program which has just started. If you haven't checked that out yet it's www.bobdoylemedia.com/ailab Thanks so much for watching!

    I kind of like it ... but its SO SLOW to render 1 shot. I would hate to do a 10 min video with this tool .

      Agreed. The render times right now are extremely slow.

      Well, let's see how and if it evolves. I had fun with it, and I can see how it could be used, but yes - more polish would be nice.

    I thumbed up, but this went on way too long, It would be nice if you perhaps looked at it before and found out what it could do. Sorry for the negativity I am out shopping with my wife and getting stressed.

      I understand the stress, but it is also a 17 minute video. And he said at the start that he was going in blind. Video Length Visible + A clear warning. 1,136 other people didn't have an issue with the length. Sorry for the negativity but not his problem. He did his due diligence. Next time save the video and watch it later when you are not stressed.

    Hey bro,I'm a marketing manager from an AI company,Would you like to talk for cooperation?

  • @mythicproductions9154
    @mythicproductions9154 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Humm... my only criticism is that the flow between shots is very abrupt. But I think that is just because you are flowing between styles, not exactly trying to make a "video" per say where the character is consistent and changing their actions. I will have to try this with stick animation and see how well it does when it transitions shots. But I think I have to agree with what you said before that unless this is using front line models like Runway, it might fall behind or fall off the market.
    But then even if it was using those video generation models, the next problem is what is the point? Other than organization, the platform itself is no different than taking your shots into a video editor and doing the same work. And I don't feel this is shortcutting the level of work required.
    The most beneficial aspect I see to this is the multiple export option and the means to generate several versions of a video all at once. Doing all that in one place is nice... but is it enough? Especially if the video generation model is not among the top of the line products...
    I like it... I am just not sure how well this will do.

    • @BobDoyleMedia
      @BobDoyleMedia  25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I think perhaps having all the shots in front of you visually like that connected by nodes is just designed to maybe make the editing process a little quicker? Or keep all the tools in one place? Saves you from necessarily having to download all the separate files and re-put them together. Obviously most editing professionals will probably want to do it that way and then you’re right there’s not much of a point. However, for quick workshop of ideas and put together rough cuts, I still see the value and something like this.

      @@BobDoyleMedia Yea, I can relate to the concept. I am currently doing it the manually way and I have had a few minutes where I have wanted to just hire someone else to do the tedious work lol.
