Juan first off you are a beast! Second, I've been employed by a cut and sew shop before and I have never seen anyone cut the cloth first and then match it to the paterrns on the paper, that's bunkers, tho i'm sure you have your reasons why. I do feel base on my experience, that the paper and cloth transfer should be done in one motion, skip the cutting, I know you might think you are saving in the cutting but you are killing time on the matching especially since when you sew the shirt, the final cut is done by the machine. I have seen those laser cutters and they have an eye that can cut the edge of the printed cloth just by differentiating the contrast of white and graphics, dose yours do that? And finally just because you can doesn't mean you should, while your set up is on point, your one man show approach is not doing you any favors at all. The company I worked for employed 15 people at one point just to do what you did in three days. It was a well oiled machine. I sincerely hope you revise some of your process to cut and streamline the cut n sew process. Best of luck sir.

I had the same confusion. The time saved by pressing from the roll and cutting after is significant. Maybe he is new to the laser and hasn't dialed in the registration marks needed to cut after?
