- AN UNPRECEDENTED SITUATION HAS ARISEN FOLLOWING CONTEMPT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST A CALCUTTA HIGH COURT JUDGE IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA. WION'S RAGHVENDRA RAO SPOKE TO JUSTICE CS KARNAN WHO IS AT THE CENTER OF THE CONTROVERSY.
The one who will raise voice against corruption will be punished. This is new India.

i support justice karnan is right ... he should allow for his case take forward... i think PM & supreme court are tied on this decision against justice karnan case..... he is first indian citizen after then he is judge so he should allow keep case forward till date ....keep out from jail... justice karnan ki jai (justice karnan will win ) god will help him

why can't they take him as another whistleblower.
# so, mere gabing in English proves ones competence , such a travesty . Why not an iota of doubt raised from the point of his alledged accusation , and reasons for such questioning.
how is that Peacock judge is lauded for
national animal. such a double speak society is ours.
Some one in the past created Varna, subsequent generations aggravated it, we ended-up divided.Divided India over Centuries have been easily Invaded and laid to ruin many many times over at so much pain and suffering.I wonder why India (I mean the people--at least a critical majority ) lack Insight. If India remains divided ,(ie and society doesn't seek fairness and truth and equality for all).It can easily be Broken up, to see history repeated (several decades of Suffering).Indians must learn History. Insteady of the News Media trying to outsmart each other in being noisiest/loudest and trying to appear smart by copying style of western commentators, instead they should be cool and reflective, they must go an have long holidays and only work 3 or 4 days a month and come back only when their minds, 'air worthy' ,are fresh and they have Gem of ideas flowing from mouth.
I hope India will wake-up soon from its sleep and realise, not to waste away the great potential of being a great community of great equals. Lets Contribute to create this by atleast speaking and talking about issues, real issues.Hopefully that critical majority of sage like indians, will materialise soon, and then spread to all parts of India and then wider. By being strong ourselves, we would be able to teach the rest of the world peacefull co-existance.These are lofty aspirations,lets start by caring for each other, lets make sure every able person finds 'gainfull' employment and ,lets make sure no one in our land goes hungry and needs to beg, every one have a house to live in.
If article 19 ( G ) permits freedom speech then certain films which actually will educate the public regarding RESERVATION SYSTEM and how the BRAIN DRAIN is deteriorating India is banned? can the Hble Judge will expalin?
