Try this on for size egg. An Egg Industries Northernlion made mod API in which there could be standardized runs among following the same or similar format to the dailies now. An API so robust that it would allow for modded dailies and every seed you post to essentially become a daily. A viewer could get the mod, open Issac and play the same run that NL did that day and rank among viewers (and the egg himself). Idea could be expanded on but i'm lazy and incapable to make a mod.

I like how he took iron bar instead of triple shot, then ironically lost iron bar and gained triple shot by becoming the Keeper
This poor little egg STILL doesn't know that inner eye and polyphemus share a tear modifier, and therefore would have been amazing for his run.
I love that the Isaac God's have a sense of humor. He skips triple shot in boss rush only to turn into keeper.
