Thanks for sharing I have actually done this session with U10s and adapted it so the goalkeepers can work on their longer throws
So as soon as the goalkeepers caught the ball they had to find the furthest or the loudest player so it shows urgency

Love this session, Would try get keepers to receive at feet also and One defender can the go in to try tackle intercept and maybe add different scoring 1 goal for catching 2 for playing in and out using feet
