And they released a reskin of a mario inspired side scroller called doki doki panic and called it mario 2. Then they'd eventually release the american paroo 2 in japan, now called mario usa, and japanese mario 2 under 2 names, lost levels in all stars and super mario for super players in smb deluxe.

Fact: At 8:48, there's a number that is 2319, the number 2319 is a reference to Monsters Inc. which means "white sock." Look, search up 2319 and it's the reference right there!
Speaking of Super Mario Bros. 2, I remember that my brother and I used to sit and watch the TV show rendition of it while eating Domino’s Pizza. I think the show was called “The Super Mario Brothers Super Show?” Anyway, those were the good old all days! 😌
