rear suspension magically transformed into long travel suspension, new seat / rear fender fell out of the sky and happened to fit perfectly, new forks, new front wheel with disc brake, heck, are the any parts from the original motorcycle?
Great work! Please beware of the dangers of drill thin sheet metal in a drill press with twist bits. I would suggest using Hardwood backing block/boards and secure the stock with a clamp close to drill site. Very bad things happen when a drill press grabs thin sheet and starts whipping around a giant blade. Drilling by hand with a step bit is the best way to drill thin sheet. Also using the backing block can help in many different drilling operations.

Very good work done putting the bike together, smart mechanical work however when the bike was all put together some necessary care with the engine breaking should be given specially when the engine was started in which moderate raving was applied. Keep up the good work .!
@@slimfit767 we're not haters, we're lovers! Probably old career motorcycle mechanics like me who have had to hacksaw through a connecting rod and beat a melted piston out with a wooden block. We love this stuff. Hell, we did it for 50 yrs, so we're allowed to comment.
Oh wow… I was confused by the picture in the title of the vid but after watching muttering to myself,” what the hell?” I ve got to say WELL DONE!! I didn’t know where you were going but damn!!! I’d say you created a Montessa looking vintage hybrid! Not sure of the gearing, steering geometry, suspension setup or how it would ride on a track… but looks and sounds great! As mentioned by others… I’d be VERY careful if you do take it on a track…. Shade tree mechanic stuff isn’t the same as properly engineered parts. But still a neat project!!!
Rama ,zawias malowanie,koła super . Silnik też wjechała membrana i dyfuzor.
Was this bike pretreated with dirt? The head pipe finish is in unbelievable condition after just brushing it off. I see 10 year old bikes with more corrosion.
Congrats bro, well done. The only advice I have for you is that the pipe is too short for this engine. If you want to learn how to calculate, project and build a pipe, ask me. It's free

A,restauração Fica caro
This minsk barelly moves. Terrible acceleration. Stock engine with stock carburetor and exhoust performs much better.
All videos on this channel are from the Russian channel MOTO KOR.
excellent job. Keep making new videos my friend.
You made such a good job of that bike. That reed valve conversion was something else aswell.
I'm wondering , why did he convert it to reed valve?
@@haru9785 more power and it runs better than if it were no valves

As a vintage guy I always hate too see a vintage bike cut up. But you did a great job and it’s yours soo 🥂👍🏻
Ikr can’t be mad when he did a pretty good job unlike most ppl who scrap em down to nothing and make these poor things into drag bikes 😂

It was actually a reconstruction. A job well done, congratulations 👌.
Crazy Czech scrambler! I love CZ bikes! I had a MZ ETZ50 but always wanted a CZ. Great work Juri!

I came here to question the thumbnail but I stayed because this is pretty cool
amazing job, i would love to have all that tools and workshop haha but most important your KNOWLEDGE. Keep it up.
🇦🇷
Yuri, you make that expensive machinery pay for itself👍
I think he actually built a new one and I have nothing than Respect! Great Job with lots of passion.
You have created a nice little trail bike.
A work of art 👍
Wow Crazy Yuri has some mad skills. Impressive work you have done there.
I knew something reminded me of old Czechoslovakian ČZ didnt know what.. now I see rear fender and it makes sense to me
Awesome 👍 You made a really nice little bike there. Cheers from Canada :-)
Wow super👌 bro
You do a good job Yuri keep up the good work.

You are a motorcycle legend. Thank you for saving this bike.
Amazing work. We'll done!

I was impressed
What solution did you use on the rims to clean them?
All he did was put the engine from one bike into another. Those are different rims off a different bike.
Good Restoration
I like your rebuild!!!

Cool build mate
Dude that was bad asssss great job
Wow great job, I've previously done a project on an old ZX10.
About to start a ZR 750 Zephyr 🏍🤪
Great restoration 😎📸 video
You are talented.
Kudos
Wish i could find an "abandoned" bike, which when i pulled the cylinder had a brand new piston and ring set inside!
Also "abandoned" but still paid for? That simply has a little dirt on it and nearly complete. Some YT magic again 🙄😂
Get a load of these haters over here.

How did that engine look so good
It was "abandoned" and bought for only $200 woth only a little dirt and brand new internals. Lol That's the magic of TH-cam. 🙄😂
Excelente trabalho,ficou braba demais 🙏🇧🇷👏👏👏
And where did you find that and it was a bandit on the side of the road that's had a lot of use
it's like someone just started throwing mud at it
Amazing build
Love the guitar solo
Seeing your hoist was one of those why didn't I think of that moments, thanks 👍
that thing looks sick bro
Fantastic job!! Beautiful Bike! Thanks for Sharing!!!
It looks so much like you put the mud on there yourself lol. Carb looks brand new to me, some stuff was wayy to clean
so only the engine remained from the bike, and it was very modified, and the frame is from ČZ 125/516, jinak pěkná práce
Dope build!
