To be honest , Texas has best marching , and southern universities have great marching programs, Florida ,Texas, Ole miss, Alabama, LSU ,UH , South University but the thing i love about southern is that you can tell they put their all in their music
This is true. I honestly don't even see why SU's band has woodwinds and saxes because you rarely can ever hear them. lol I'd love to see the band do a few songs where they showcase them. I love the powerful sound of this band, but every section should have a chance to shine every now and then.
the bass line for like all of SU's song for bones is damn near the same everything time plus or minus a note or two lol....but still played very well tho
