The thing I love most about the scene in the hospital is the ease of their banter. I mean, they haven't spent that much time together at this point but have already fallen into an easy way of conversing, and flirting, and calling each other on their B.S. Even if the writers didn't push them to be romantically involved they'd still be awesome to watch...but they are so ♥
Got to love how every single villain in Once history seems to ship Captain Swan- Regina called Killian Emma's boyfriend in season three, Rumple clearly knew Emma didn't want him to kill Killian, Pan offered Killian a deal to take Emma out of Neverland with him, Zelena killed Neal and cursed Killian's lips by making him say he loved her...
Right? The writing in this show was so perfect in the first three seasons. Not that it ever really got bad, per se, but it was hard to top these early episodes.

What did she think Bae's life would be like, if she herself couldn't even stand his presence? I'd say Hook might've been very cruel but ultimately it was Milah's fault for just running off instead of talking to Rumple and thereby breaking up with him as to have a "clean cut". Well and Milah could have taken Bae along, after all he ended up on Hook's ship later on anyways xD She was just being selfish and had she thought more about her actions, could have avoided all that drama altogether...
seen this multiple times and just now realized this is the first time we've seen Hook wearing regular clothes. Well..hospital clothes, but still, everyone else, including Cora who also isn't part of the curse, wears regular clothes in Storybrooke.

I love everything about this scene because of Hook’s sexiness but the fact that he stares at her lips at 2:07 and 2:16 makes it even better considering she’s telling him he’s gonna die ❤️❤️❤️
I have always wondered if Emma and Hook were meant to get together as a couple on the show if it was already decided by the writers, or it just happened because the viewers wanted to.
I just realised, Emma is scolding Hook from "Keep smiling, buddy" to "I'd pick you." The first time I watched this scene, I thought she was gloating, but that's not it. She's trying to deflat his little balloon, and let him know how little she approves of what he has done, but she takes no pleasure in the face he is 'dead guy of the year.' 2:12-2:14 you can see the concern on her face.
Ok so... This is the only time throughout the entire series we get to see Hook’s mutilated arm. But I’ve seen a few limbless extremities (Nurse) and I don’t recall ever seeing one coated with cream cheese or whatever that white stuff is. At best I’d think maybe there was a small local infection on the skin under his brace and that’s maybe medicated sterile gauze? Having said that, it’s also visible that even though Rumple cut his hand at the height of his wrist, the girth of the bone indicates that the amputation healed about three inches under the elbow joint, which means he probably dealt with a nasty infection and necrosis of the tissue after the cut and probably had to endure yet another amputation. Just food for thought.
THAT WOULD BE UNREAL! i also think its most tru to her character. she isnt the girl who would be like "oh i love you mwah mwah mwah" right away. she'll go right back to the defensive and then it will be her struggling with those feelings for the next while trying to not to admit to them
well Regina is henry's step-great grand mother and also his adoptive mother, and rumplestiltskin who was probably the last person the charmings could've thought of to be a part of the big happy family turns out to be the boy's grandfather. so u see, that thanksgiving would already awkward, i don't see any harm in adding up to the awkwardness,especially if it's as hot as hook is ;)
this epi will be about august (so he will be the flashbacks). then the next episode is a month from now and is centered around belle. the episode after that is about regina, and they said hook makes a surprising return, which cant be the final 2 epis since they havent been filmed or written yet. and colin said at paley that he wont be in the next few, but to be patient. we know he has filmed it already since its been spoken about. i do highly doubt that it will be epi 19 though.
Watched the sneak preview clip OBSESSIVELY (don't ask, IDEK) and was thrilled to get the little bit of extra as well. There was much squee from this corner of the internet.
I don't know who I'm supposed to ship Emma with, but this is certainly an amazing ship. Jen and Colin have great chemistry, and they're very attractive together.
