My Hobart 140 has numbered voltage selections so not sure the exact amps... I go between "1" and "2" when doing sheet metal. I'll have to check the hobarts manual and see what amperage those actually are.
@@VortexGarage No worries, I have the same welder - Holbart 140. I followed all your steps and worked beautifully. It is a slow process, but it gets the job done and done well.

Was there any overhang off the floor pan at the rear (under the rear seat section). Or does the floor and lip meet nicely together?
If I recall correctly the rear part of the pan fit great and met the lip nicely. The front section seemed be where most trimming was needed.
