We go back and forth on terrain, with some reports having a lot more large terrain. I love the big terrain, so it does.make it in somewhat regularly. Glad you enjoyed it!
Tricks and traps also let's Mysterio move a short if it deals damage. He could have just moved to the other side of Wolverine and just been an invalid target for the throw.
Couple of things Mysterio gets power whenever he rolls a blank not sure if you were doing it but you didnt mention it Mysterio always uses mystic against throws you cant pay tp get through Tricks and traps moves mysterio on a success not the target not sure if it would have made a difference here but you might have been able to get out of range and had stealth kick in
I really like the paint jobs on the Wakanda terrain. It looks outstanding. Related, do you like the new terrain objective attached to the Wakanda truck? Do you feel like it adds to the game? (I am hopeful, as I love the idea in concept.)
Cool report and nice looking models. Might I suggest adding a lot more size 5+ terrain to the board. Makes it less “push thing forward and roll dice”

Great Game. Didn’t you realise that Mysterio could have used his mystic defence for dodging the truck?
Didn't think Smoke and Mirrors lets you use Mystic for dodging a throw, only for actual attacks.
His Master of Illusions superpower let's him use his mystic defense for dodge rolls.

Once I get the other one shot on the table, I plan on doing a full review of them, so I am going to hold my full thoughts for that
