Yes, Amla is very good for hair growth. I used homemade Amla oil, for almost a month it gave good results

@@anshima1598To make Amla oil is a long process, but it gives amazing results.. Apart from that eat healthy food. . For 200ml of coconut 🥥oil, 5-6 Amlas are required. Cut the Amlas and blend them in a mixer jar. Add some Curry leaves along with it, while grinding add milk instead of water. The grinded ingredients should be coarse and not runny.
Spread them in a steel plate and sun dry for almost 2-3 days. After they are completed dry, scratch the ingredients using a spoon. Keep the coconut 🥥oil in a Kadai in low flame only and add the ingredients.. Once they start to change their color, switch off the flame.. Once the oil cools down, filter the ingredients and store the oil in a glass container.

A small tip from me . Once u cook rice in cooker, as soon as the rice is cooked loosen the cooked rice in the cooker itself with a spatulla or tranfer it to casserole . Otherwise the rice will become a mass if it is left in the cooker itself . Hope u wont mistake me for this tip .
